CBH Homes enters spring like a lion Friday, March 19, 2010
It may not quite yet be spring but we have selling fever. February was an record selling month for CBH Homes with 105 sales, up from February 2009. One of our newest communities, Mooncreek in Star, was our highest selling community. With only 20 available lots in the community when we launched, we currently only have 9 left. Buyers find a “Deal of a Lifetime” Friday, October 31, 2008
It was an exciting weekend for all of us here at CBH Homes as we celebrated Deal of a Lifetime 2! We launched our sale last Friday morning and were thrilled to see hundreds of prospective buyers through the doors of each of our five Square One centers throughout the Treasure Valley. The number of visitors to our sites more than tripled and our website received thousands of hits.
In addition to selling homes this past weekend we made new friends and followers on Twitter and caught lots of attention with our guerilla marketing, Big Red Tag.
Make no mistake about it: there are buyers in the Treasure Valley looking to purchase new homes. For Deal of a Lifetime 2 we offered over 200 homes in Boise, Meridian, Star, Kuna, Nampa and Caldwell for up to $50,000 off. We sold 77 homes ranging in price from $88,000 to $275,000. We’re thrilled with the results and happy to be a part of helping over 70 families find and purchase their new home.
In addition we have launched the CBH Homebuyer’s Club as a resolution for buyers who have obstacles to overcome prior to qualifying for a loan and being able to purchase a new home. With the help of our CBH Home Loans loan specialists and the Homebuyer’s Club, our buyers will receive guidance to help them plan, save, and potentially repair their credit in order to purchase.

Rock the House Thursday, May 1, 2008
If there's one thing we love at CBH, it's music! (We even have our own Playlist.) Combine our love of music with our fearless drive to develop innovative ideas and you get one crazy Guitar Hero tournament!
In the process of organizing the grand opening of our new Meridian Square One location, we took advantage of the opportunity to be creative with how we could, 1) provide entertainment at the grand opening, and 2) grab people's attention in a world where different messages and offers are being thrown at them everywhere they look. It's a struggle sometimes to stand out from the crowd, and in today's real estate market it is even more important to do so. With that, we simply couldn't resist holding the first-ever CBH Guitar Hero tourney.
We had 75 contestants throughout the weekend that jammed to everything from Alice Cooper to Led Zeppelin. And in between the contest and rock music we managed to tour customers and Realtors around our new Square One location to see all the fun new tools we've added to the home shopping experience. Our proud Guitar Hero winner was Kyle Randolph from Kuna. Kyle is now the proud owner of a brand new Wii system! Congrats Kyle! Keep on rockin' on!

An Over the Top Weekend Thursday, October 18, 2007
The dust has finally settled from DEAL OF A LIFETIME and who knew there were so many buyers out there!? We sold over 100 of our homes to some very excited people. To all who came out: Thank You! We had a flat-out good time.
All of our Sales Centers were crazy with activity as nearly 900 interested buyers paid us a visit. We also had radio stations, TV stations, kids with balloons and some curious by-standers. But no matter how many homes we sell, we never outgrow the joy and satisfaction that we feel when someone moves into one of our brand new homes.
CBH Homes wants to do everything we can to help people realize the dream of new home ownership. Stay tuned for upcoming news on free credit repair, new home debt counseling and how to get on the fast track to purchase a new home. We're excited about things to come!!

Deal of a Lifetime Thursday, October 11, 2007
As you've probably heard by now, this weekend we're offering the DEAL OF A LIFETIME on 200 new homes throughout the Treasure Valley! The deal: save up to $70,000 on a new home! It's a fantastic opportunity that's only going on this weekend. So if people have been waiting for the right time to buy, honestly, this is probably the time.
It's exciting to be home buyer now. As Ed Byington, President of the Nampa Board of Realtors stated earlier this week, "there are some bargains right now that are unprecedented." We love reading this since the purpose of our DEAL OF A LIFETIME is to simply spark new homes sales across the Treasure Valley. Potential buyers are the ones who gain and we're excited to get more people into new homes.
At any given time, CBH typically has about 500 homes available to buy. Right now we have 400, with another 500 to 700 under construction. It's our goal to move out 200 by Sunday night. We're excited!
Our Sales Centers will stay open later than normal this weekend (until 9pm on Friday and Saturday) so swing on by or tell someone who's in the market for a new home to look at our available inventory. After all, it's hard to beat the DEAL OF A LIFETIME!

Big. Cheap. Irresistible. Monday, March 12, 2007
Who knew we would cause such a ruckus with our choice of words for our new home collection - Spartan?
They are big in size and we felt like the price was great and we at CBH fully realize that today's market is all about the price...a deal, a promo. We wanted to come right out and say it loud and clear: we offer a great home at a great (CHEAP!) price. We could have danced around it with marketing buzz words like affordable, value or inexpensive, but those don't have near the impact as "cheap".
So to all those people out there that are offended by our use of "cheap," pay no mind to our choice of words. Instead, come look at our new series and see for yourself. We offer an irresistible, big home at a great price. Or dare I say "cheap," price?
